The App provides educational content, including recorded lessons and an integrated voice assistant for
navigation. Students can access lessons for free.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when requested.
Users must not use the App for unlawful purposes or to infringe on any intellectual property rights.
4. Subscription Services
Certain premium content may require a paid subscription.
Payments are handled securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment information.
5. Accessibility
The App includes a voice assistant designed to assist blind and visually impaired users.
While we strive to make content accessible, we cannot guarantee complete error-free functionality.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including audio lessons, text, and software, is owned by Jehones or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is.”
Jehones is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
I Subscription Access
Subscriptions grant access to premium content immediately after purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you
agree that your access begins immediately and acknowledge that this may affect your right to cancel under
the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content.
II Right to Cancel / Refunds
Consumers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of the transaction unless they have
agreed to immediate access to digital content.

Refunds for subscriptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in line with Paddle’s refund rules.
III Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments. Cancellation will take effect at the
end of the current billing period.
To cancel, contact us via email or use the in-app cancellation option. All cancellation requests will be
acknowledged immediately.
IV Technical Issues
If you are unable to access the content due to technical issues, please contact us within 14 days of
purchase. We will investigate and resolve access problems or provide a refund where appropriate.
